MAKE A GIFT OF AN NAVVF MEMBER-SHIP TO YOUR VV FAMILY MEMBERS:
We are still very pleased with the continuous response from our members to this suggestion. This makes a lovely gift to a spouse, children, grandchildren, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, etc. It is a wonderful gift for Christmas, birthdays or other special occasions as well.

Dues are still only $8.50 for adults and $2.00 for juniors (under age l8).

ANNUAL TREASURER'S REPORT:
Members may receive a copy of the Association's Annual Treasurer's Report by written request to Dalton A. Van Valkenburg, Treasurer, NAVVF, INC., 1230 Janet Avenue, North Canton, OH 44720-1839.

LIFE MEMBERSHIP:
Life Membership is attained upon reaching age 75 or older with a minimum of five consecutive years of dues payments when reaching that age. Life Membership is automatic upon reaching 80 years of age regardless of previous payment record. Although Life Members are not required to pay dues, many contribute the equivalent of the dues payment or more as a donation, which significantly helps repay our expenses.

1998 ANNUAL MEETING AND REUNION:
If you are planning to attend the 3198 Reno, Nevada Annual Meeting and Reunion to be held on August 12-16, 1998. (and we hope you all are), don't forget to fill out the reservation forms, and return them as soon as possible. It should be a fun and interesting time.

Be sure you make a copy, for your own records, of your completed reservation forms before you send them in so you will remember what you signed up for, and bring those copies with you to the annual meeting. Holly Van Valkenburgh (Br 4) of Carson City, NV has worked very hard to offer you a fine opportunity to be with your "cousins" and your individual family members, as well as enjoying seeing the sights of her area. YOUR NEW MEMBERSHIP DIRECTOR:
I know you will welcome your new Membership Director and be as kind and as helpful to him/her as you have been to me. I have "met" many of you through e-mail, letters and telephone calls, but not always in person unless we met at the annual meetings. We appreciate all the help you have given in so many ways. I send each and every one of you my very best wishes for a healthy, safe, and good future, surrounded by loving family members and good friends.
