NAVVF Membership Form

 

Annual dues for Regular Members (18 years and older) are $10.00.

Annual dues for Junior Members (under 18 years) are $2.00.

 

To Renew or Reactiveate a Membership (where your Family Information is already in the database):
  1. Use the secure online form, hosted on a private server for NAVVF.

    or

  2. Print the Membership Application and mail to the NAVVF Treasurer.
To obtain a New Membership and send us your Van Valkenburg(h) Family Information:
  1. Print the Membership Application and Family Information Form, and mail to the NAVVF Treasure.

    or
  2. Use the secure online form to send in a Membership, then print the Family Information Form, complete and mail to:
