They had 2 children, George and Maria. His wife died. He took it hard, abandoned his estate and family and went back to his old home in Canada. I knew Peter's grand son, but never thought to ask what part of Wisconsin. He married again and had a large family, one of them named Franklin."

Arba Seymour VV: Born in Syracure, NY 22 Aug 1862; died in Kansas City, MO,
4 Nov 1944. After graduation from the University of MI in 1884, he came to
Kansas City and practiced law, 1888-1898. He served as assistant US Attorney
of the western district of Missouri, 1898-1905, federal attorney of the same
district, 1905-1910, US district judge of the district, 1910-1925. and US
circuit judge of the eighth district, 1925-1932. He was well known for his
persecution of frauds in railroad rebates, interstate sales of packers, and the mails, and for his conduct of espionage trials during the 1st WW. He had been a member of the State Historical Societh since 1911.
